Unlike many other professional players, Twistzz was not introduced to CSGO by his brother or any friend. Unfortunately, Twistzz had a very troubled childhood and CSGO was the escape mechanism for all the harshness in life.
Twistzz is also quite an introvert and therefore spends most of time playing CSGO. At a very early age Twistzz was showing sparks of excellence and he was finally able to pursue CSGO full time when he left his stepdad with his mom.
That chapter of his life was closed, and another was about to begin as a professional player in CSGO. Twistzz bounced between multiple professional teams in 2015 and 2016 and finally settled with Team SoloMid in the first quarter of 2016.
In Team SoloMid, Twistzz was about to unleash himself as the upcoming North American prodigy. Despite his amazing performances Twistzz could not win anything significant with Team SoloMid. He left the team in 2017 on a brief 4-month stint to Misfits.
On 14 April 2017 Twistzz signed with Team Liquid where he would go on to spend four years of his professional career. On Team Liquid Twistzz has the chance to play with the best North American talent which led Twistzz to perform even better.
He won his first CSGO major at ESL One: Cologne 2019 with Team Liquid. Apart from the major, Twistzz also racked up countless achievements. He was in the HLTV’s list of the best CSGO players in 2018, 2019, and 2021. He ranked 12th, 9th and 17th respectively in each of the years.
Twistzz also earned the MVP awards at many tournaments the most prominent of which were the ESL One: New York 2018 and IEM Sydney 2019. He left Team Liquid to join Faze Clan in January of 2021 and is currently playing for Faze as a rifler. Regardless of the team Twistzz plays in, his brilliance in the server still shines brightly and he still to this day remains as one of the best players the game has ever seen.
